Welcome to Kexta ("Game"), a Discord bot and website-based game service developed and managed by Kexta Developer ("We", "Us"). By using our service, you ("User") agree to the terms and conditions outlined in these Terms of Service.

By accessing or using this game, whether through Discord or the website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to part or all of these terms, please stop using our service.

Description of Service

We provide a Discord bot and website-based game with a virtual mining system. Users can generate in-game currency ("kexta") through the mining system, as well as perform upgrades or purchase features using "cash" or "kexta". "Cash" can be purchased using real money (IDR or USD).

Account and Authentication

• You must have a Discord account to use this service.
• User information will be stored and processed through our backend system for verification, game progress, and other features.
• We use sessions and cookies to authenticate users when logging in via the website.

In-Game Currencies

Kexta

• Obtained through the automatic mining process according to the owned H/s (hash per second) speed.
• Does not have a fixed exchange rate to real money.
• Can be used for upgrades, purchasing items that enhance mining capabilities, and building clans.

Cash

• Used to purchase premium items and other features.
• Can be purchased using real money.
• Can be used for exchange with kexta within the game.
• Cannot be exchanged back to real money unless explicitly stated by Us.

Transactions and Payments

• Cash purchases are made through the official payment methods we provide.
• All transactions or purchases are final and non-refundable, unless required by applicable law or due to technical errors on our part. Moreover, any instance identified as friendly fraud, including but not limited to requesting a refund or filing a dispute/chargeback after the associated premium features or virtual currency (Cash) have been delivered and/or consumed, will lead to the permanent termination of the involved Kexta Game account.
• We reserve the right to change prices and exchange rates at any time without prior notice.

Prohibited Use

Users are prohibited from:

• Using automated bots, cheats, exploits, or other unauthorized means to gain an advantage.
• Distributing, reproducing, or modifying the service without permission.
• Illegally selling or trading accounts or in-game currency.
• Engaging in spam or abuse of the Discord bot or website systems.

We reserve the right to limit or terminate your account if violations occur, without compensation.

Ownership and Intellectual Property Rights

All content, code, designs, and data within the game are the exclusive property of Kexta Game Developer. You do not acquire any ownership rights or licenses unless explicitly granted.

Limitation of Liability

• The Service is provided "as is" and "as available".
• We are not responsible for data loss, account damage, or financial losses arising from your use of the service.
• We do not guarantee 100% service availability without interruptions, bugs, or downtime.

Changes to Service and Terms

We may change, update, or discontinue part or all of the service without notice. We may also change these Terms of Service at any time, and your continued use constitutes acceptance of such changes.

Termination of Service

We reserve the right to delete your account or terminate your access to the game for violations of these Terms of Service, or if the service is discontinued entirely.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any disputes arising will be resolved in the competent court jurisdiction in Jakarta.
